# Refund Policy

This policy applies to services provided by The Golden Bean.
## 1. Our Commitment
We strive to provide high-quality Cafe services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at test@pacavita.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
## 2. Services
For services not yet commenced, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed.
## 3. Deposits
If a deposit is required, it will be clearly communicated before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
## 4. Faulty Work
If our work is faulty or does not meet the agreed specification, we will rectify it at no additional cost. If we cannot rectify it, we will provide a proportionate refund.
## 5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to services carried out with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and at a reasonable price (if not agreed in advance).
